I Think I Can

From Terrapin Puppet Theatre (Australia)
Created by Sam Routledge and Martyn Coutts

I Think I Can is an innovative installation by Terrapin Puppet Theatre (Australia) that invites audiences to choose avatars and become temporary residents of a miniature model railway world. Through puppetry, live video, and active audience participation, each character’s story develops, becoming part of the larger collective story. A newspaper editor records and posts the stories online for audience members to check out after the show. Not just for train lovers!

“The whole project has a really gorgeous playful feel about it… It is all beyond charming.”
